How to Make Melted Crayon Easter Eggs

Why not try a different way to decorate the Easter Eggs this year with these Melted Crayon Easter Eggs.

Items you will need are:
■ Hard Boiled Eggs
■ Paper Towel
■ Egg packet for them to dry in
■ Oven Mitt
■ Crayola Crayons.

Now you are ready to start creating:
■ Take a hard boiled egg while it is still hot and place it on the paper towel
■ While holding the egg with a kitchen mitt or a potholder, start drawing on the eggs with a crayon.
■ The crayon will melt as it touches the hot surface.
■ The crayon wax will tend to flow and spread out into interesting abstract patterns
■ As you use more colours, the different colours of wax mix together into a beautiful marbleized effect.
■ Limiting the colours to two to three probably gives the best effects.
