This two-disc CD/DVD set offers an inside look at the group behind the success, highlighting performances from Casting Crowns' live show and offering in-depth interviews with band members. It was recorded as part of an 5 October 2003 event at the band's home church in Atlanta.
This CD/DVD set provides viewers and listeners with a virtual front-row seat. LIVE FROM ATLANTA's six-song DVD captures the moving, emotional impact Casting Crowns creates through its music ministry. Five songs were part of the October event. The sixth is a new concept video for 'American Dream,' a track off the band's 2003 debut CD. Additional material includes behind-the-scenes interviews with Casting Crowns and some of the youth from Eagles Landing, Mark Hall's testimony and a fascinating, song-by-song insider's guide to the band's music via commentary offered by Hall.
The set's six-song CD includes the No. 1 radio singles 'If We Are the Body' and 'Who Am I,' songs garnering Casting Crowns five 2004 Dove Award nominations. 'Beautiful Saviour,' a previously unreleased track, serves as an apt centrepiece to the CD. Also featured are 'Voice of Truth,' 'American Dream' and 'Here I Go Again.'
